Movie Matinee: “Elvis” Biopic
The GRF Recreation Department will host a movie matinee screening of the 2022 film “Elvis” featuring Tom Hanks and Austin Butler on Saturday, Dec. 21, at 1 p.m. in Clubhouse 4. People are encouraged to bring their own snacks, beverages, friends and neighbors to the free show.
The film is rated PG-13 and is approximately 2.5 hours long.
Directed by Baz Luhrmann, the film follows the life of American music icon Elvis Presley, from his childhood to becoming a rock and movie star in the 1950s while maintaining a complex relationship with his manager, Colonel Tom Parker.
