GRF ID cards must be renewed every five years

STOCK TRANSFER

Residents’ GRF identification cards must be renewed every five years in a rotating schedule.

In 2024, GRF IDs will expire for members in Mutual 6, 7 and 12, during each members’ birth month.

GRF ID cards are required to access Leisure World amenities. All transfers, such as membership, removing or adding people to a title, replacing lost certificates, also require a current GRF ID, nor can people run for GRF elections without proper GRF identification. To renew an ID, bring the expired GRF ID card to the Stock Transfer Office during the month of your birth. Be prepared to have a photo taken. New GRF ID cards will be provided upon the surrender of the expired card. Members who have lost their ID card must pay a $20 lost card fee.

No appointment is needed. The Stock Transfer Office is open weekdays from 9 am.-4 p.m.

The expiration date of each GRF ID card is located on the bottom right corner of the ID. Shareholders in other Mutuals should look at their ID cards as well to see what year their cards expire.

In 2025, Mutuals 2, 10 and 16 will be up for renewal.
