Faith Christian Assembly

It’s been said that whatever people place their focus on grows. God, the creator, knows these things, and in his faithfulness and love provides people with help in this area through his word. Philippians 4:7-9 says, “Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you.”

Thanksgiving is a great reminder for believers to set their minds on things that are praiseworthy. Remember, the choice on where to place thoughts is entirely up to believers. As they do so, God’s peace will be with them.

Join Faith Christian Assembly for the Thanksgiving Eve service on Wednesday Nov. 27, from 11-noon. There will be a message, worship with timeless hymns and great fellowship. It will serve as a time for the congregation to set their minds on eternal things and experience his peace.

The Sunday Service time is 10:30 a.m. and the Wednesday Bible Study is held in the main sanctuary at 11 a.m. To receive a the free monthly newsletter or for more information on the church, call the office at 562-598-9010, or by emailing contact@fcachurch.net, or visiting www.FCAchurch.net.
