THANKSGIVING LABYRINTH WALK

Those who want to discover a meditative way to relieve stress can come to the free Thanksgiving Labyrinth Walk on Monday, Nov. 25, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at St. Irenaeus Parish Hall, 5201 Evergreen Ave., Cypress, CA 90630. The labyrinth is a full-body prayer in which people quietly walk following a set path for 20-30 minutes. All are welcome, no matter their faith. The labyrinth is a valuable tool to begin a spiritual journey before the hectic holiday season to refresh the mind and spirit.
