The GRF escrow report contains data from all real estate sales in Leisure World. On-Site Home Sales is the GRF's only offi cial real estate agency. Each year, On-Site Home Sales returns between $500,000-$900,000 to the GRF. The annual give-back helps offset monthly assessment fees for every LW resident.
