BALLET FITNESS

Dancing has been proven to slow aging and help to stay mentally sharp. Join the Ballet Fitness Club on Saturdays from 1:30-2:30 p.m. in Clubhouse 6 for full body exercise to fun, beautiful music. Classes are taught by Mel Lockett. Everyone is welcome.
