LW’s ballot drop box opens Oct. 7
GENERAL ELECTION
Beginning Monday, Oct. 7, Leisure World voters will be able to drop off their ballots at the drop box located near the Amphitheater bus stop.
All voters will receive a voteby- mail ballot for the presidential election starting on Oct. 7. People can check their voter registration, re-register or register to vote at ocvote.com. Registration forms are also available at the LW Library.
Those who prefer to vote in person can attend the Pop-Up Vote Center hosted by the Orange County Registrar of Voters on Sun
An official ballot drop box is located at the Amphitheater bus stop.

In addition to casting ballots, people can also go to the Pop-Up Vote Center to help with voter registration, replacement ballots, accessible voting, voteby- mail drop off, and other voter assistance.
Any Orange County voter who is on-site in Leisure World that day can cast their ballot at the Vote Center, but it is not open to the general public.
The GRF Transportation Department will provide regular and on-call bus service throughout the day. People can call rides at 562-431-6586, ext. 2372.
