Community Church

Community Church will hold its Fall Fling Bazaar on Saturday, Oct. 5, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. The event will feature a variety of vendors, a bake sale with plenty of sweets and treats, creative craft tables, collections of old and new items from “Granny’s Attic,” and Sandy’s Café will serve lunch. This week, Community Church will continue its study of the book of James with a message titled “The Secret to Happiness.” Looking around at the world today, happiness can seem in short supply in some areas. Those who might not finding as much joy in their life as they would like are welcome to come to see what the “friendly church” is all about. The church regularly has first-time worshippers, and many who join once come back again.

Worship is held on Sundays at 9:50 a.m., followed by a time of fellowship and light refreshment. Come early for a cup of coffee in the narthex. The church is located inside Leisure World at 14000 Church Place.
