Community Karaoke
Clubhouse 1 was filled with upbeat music and lots of smiling faces for Wednesday night karaoke. Richard Yokomi led the evening with “Old Time Rock & Roll.” The evening continued with a hit by Credence Clearwater; “Lodi,” by Bob Barnum; Tony Tupas singing “Landslide”; Frank Miller singing “Maybe Baby,” and Karen Morris swaying with “Guitar Man.” Joan Rosenberg captured attention with a Shirelles top hit. Chuck Oehl engaged the audience singing “Today” from John Denver. Lori Chamberlain sang a meaningful song from the Mary Poppins movie.
A cozy group rehearse a song or two on Monday afternoons in Clubhouse 6 from 1-3. Join us each Wednesday in Clubhouse 1 from 5:30-9:30 p.m. to enjoy the efforts of the entertainers for a delightful evening.
