The Seal Beach Senior Services Spring 2024 guide is now available online at https://shorturl.at/QPKcl

and at the city’s community centers.

The guide provides consolidated information for all available programs that the city offers for seniors.

It includes how to sign up for shuttle and dial-aride transportation services, senior recreation class listings, including ice skating, Essentrics Aging Backwards and Jazzercise, as well as free services such as Medicare information and tax help, and the Senior Cafe Lunch Program at the North Seal Beach Center.
