Seal Beach Pier Restoration Project

Approved by the Seal Beach City Council, the pier restoration abutment project will address the signs of wear such as cracking and spalling concrete, and deterioration of exposed steel elements caused by the corrosive marine environment. The project was scheduled to begin May 13 and last until the end of July. The concrete portion of the pier and the ramps will be closed in stages while maintaining a 6-foot wide pedestrian access.
