Meals on Wheels Orange County
Meals on Wheels Orange County in partnership with the city of Seal Beach is hosting The Lunch Cafe at the North Seal Beach Center,
3333 St. Cloud Dr., Seal Beach, Monday-Friday, from 11 a.m.-noon. It is open to anyone 60 or older. Suggested contribution is $3. Guests under 60 can enjoy lunch for $5.
LW Minibus service is available for a pick up at 10:25 a.m. at the Amphitheater bus stop on St. Andrews Drive, with a drop off at the Community Center. The Minibus returns to the Amphitheater at
11:40 a.m.

Mexican corn soup with sugar-free crackers, signature chicken salad, barley mushroom salad, whole wheat dinner roll with Smart Balance, and canned peaches.

Vegetable lasagna, three-way tossed salad, balsamic dressing, broccoli and cauliflower, whole wheat crackers, and sugar-free fruited gelatin.
Wednesday, Nov. 29
Chinese orange chicken with orange sauce, brown rice, spinach, sugar-free pudding, and orange juice.
