Emergency Information Council

Dick Crowe, chief radio operator for Seal Beach Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service (RACES), will speak on communication between Leisure World and the Seal Beach Police Department, the Orange County Sheriff ’s Department and other agencies during an emergency. The meeting is at 10 a.m., Thursday, March 9, in Building 5, Conference Room B. All are welcome.
