Shuffleboard court upgrades approved

At its Tuesday, Jan. 24 meeting, the Golden Rain Foundation Board of Directors awarded a contract to Pacific 3 Electric for electrical improvements to the Clubhouse 1 Shuffleboard Court area.

These improvements will include the installation of an 100-amp electrical panel, three wall-mounted fans, 110-volt convenience outlets and four porch lights at each entry/exit door.

The total cost of the work is not to exceed $18,000, including a $3,000 contingency, paid through capital funding.
