Port de bras does not just involve the poses of the arms but also the transitionalmovementsbetween the poses including the head, the body, and epaulement—a shoulder movement.
Ballet slippers, soft booties or socks are recomended. Another workout routine fun, fit and fab follows the class starting at 2:45 p.m. Gym shoes and a mat are required. Both classes’ goal is to improve posture, coordination, flexibility, and strength. Everyone is welcome.
