Via Zoom, certified personal trainer and Leisure World resident Eunis “Wild-Fire!” Christensen leads simple at-home workouts with dumbbells and stretch tubing/bands every Monday at 4 p.m. This free, interactive half-hour group class is designed to help people stay strong and healthy for years to come.
