Seal Beach City Council Meetings

Seal Beach City Hall, 211 Eighth St., Seal Beach, is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (except holidays), closed daily for lunch from noon-1 p.m. The Seal Beach City Council meets on the second and fourth Mondays of each month in the City Council Chambers at city hall. The televised portion of the meeting starts at about 7 p.m. and can be viewed on cable television SBTV-Channel 3 or on the city’s website at sealbeachca.gov. The City Council meetings are rebroadcast on the city’s cable television station (SBTV) the following Sunday at 4 p.m.
