FITNESS CENTER

The Fitness Center opened April 12, and people need to register for their workouts. Here’s what you need to know:

• Reserve a 45-minute session the day before you want to work out online.

• Go to www.lwsb.com/reserve and click on the “Exercise Guy” icon.

• A screen will appear with the available time slots for the next day. The site becomes active on each day at 8 a.m.

• Choose a preferred time. Click it, and a form will appear. Fill out the form and hit “submit.” A confirmation will appear.

• A confirmation will also be emailed from Calendly. People can cancel reservations by clicking “cancel” at the bottom of that email.

• Phone reservations are only available on the actual day of the desired workout if any time slots are still available. Priority will be given to online reservations. Call (562) 431-6586, ext. 401. • Bring a GRF ID, a mask and a towel to the Fitness Center; backpacks, purses and valuables are not allowed.

• People who arrive early should stay downstairs, socially distanced from other residents.

• While residents exercise, the attendant will register them, place a strip on their IDs and have them ready as they depart. IDs are required for entry.

People are asked to leave the area immediately after their workouts to allow time for disinfecting prior to the arrival of the next group.

The GRF reserves the right to manage reservations in order to allow equitable opportunities for everyone while attendance is restricted.
