Join the poppy fundraiser May 24

AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY

On Saturday, May 24, the American Legion Auxiliary will hold a poppy fundraiser. All proceeds will benefit the Auxiliary’s veterans service fund.

Every year in May all over the United States, all Auxiliaries distribute poppies in remembrance of fallen soldiers. This symbolic memorial started after World War I and continues today. The Auxiliary will host a Quarter Mania game in Clubhouse 4 at 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m., which will include lots of prizes and lunch. Family and friends are welcome. Tickets are $20 or $25 at the door.

This is a great way to have fun and support the veterans.
