GRF staff launches LW Direct to foster understanding
NEW PODCAST IS HERE
The Golden Rain Foundation launched its first-ever podcast, LW Direct, today, Jan. 9, on all major podcast platforms.
Each episode will explore key topics related to Leisure World and the Golden Rain Foundation, such as the reserve study, community governance, the resident and gate portals, and more.
Executive Director Jessica Sedgwick and Executive Manager of Mutual Services Dave Potter, in conversation with Communications Manager Emma DiMaggio, will present the podcasts.
The brief 15- to 20-minute episodes are designed to provide clear, concise explanations that help residents gain a better understanding of life in Leisure World.
Today’s episode will cover the 2025 GRF budget. The podcast will be available on all major streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube. LW Direct is the official audio news source of the Golden Rain Foundation, dedicated to serving the residents of Leisure World Seal Beach. New episodes will be released twice a month.
