OC Sanitation Construction Update

OC Sanitation Construction Update


The Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD) will be working at night along Seal Beach Boulevard between North Gate Road and Westminster Boulevard. Crews will be onsite to perform utility investigation for the planning and design for the future Seal Beach Pump Station Project. What to Expect Utility investigation, or potholing, is the practice of digging a test hole to expose underground utilities.
