Emergency Information Council

The Emergency Information Council (EIC) held its third vital document scanning event on Oct. 21.

Residents brought important documents including stock and membership certificates, medical power of attorney, driver’s licenses and other important papers to be scanned onto a free thumb drive provided by the EIC.

There were plenty of thumb drives left for another event for a later date. People could also donate to receive a waterproof canister and/or a fireproof bag to keep original documents and the flash drive safe.
