Ballet Fitness
Instructor Mel Locket invites all to “belly up to the barre” upstairs at Clubhouse 6 for ballet dancing every Saturday at 1:30 p.m. Cores will be engaged while dancers practice small range-of-motion movements to gain strength and flexibility.
