Genealogy Club names new president


The Leisure World Genealogy Club ushers in a new president in 2022. Janet Lessin has lived in Leisure World for five years and has been working on her genealogy for 40 years, going back 10 generations. The first general membership meeting of the year is Jan. 27 at 10 a.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 1. The group will play Genealogy Bingo, with delicious prizes. All members and guests must be masked.

Elvis was in the building on his birthday, Jan. 5, when the Community Karaoke singers celebrated in song.
