by Mary Larson LW contributor The Democratic Club is pleased to announce that its Jan. 19 membership meeting will feature presentations by two candidates whose names will appear on all Leisure World voters’ June 2022 Primary Election ballots. The guest speakers are Rick Foster, candidate for Orange County assessor, and David Dobson, candidate for the Board of Equalization in District 4.

SOCIAL CLUB The Social Club will reopen on Friday, Jan. 28, in Clubhouse 1 at noon to play cards or games. The club will serve lunch and snacks, plus coffee and tea. The LW Weekly office is closed to the public in an effort to slow the spread of COVID- 19 in the community. Staff is working on-site and remotely to produce the newspaper.
