CITY OF SEAL BEACH e City of Seal Beach will be upgrading the tra_c signal cabinet equipment at the intersection of Seal Beach Boulevard at Golden Rain Road on July 1 at about 10 a.m. is will require the intersection to go dark and be controlled by stop signs for about 30 minutes._ Motorists are asked to proceed with caution during this upgrade.

e opening of North Gate Road is still on track to reopen on Friday, June 25, according to the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA). OCTA is _nishing up utility construction related to the I-405 Improvement Project. e road has been closed since April 2020.

EMERGENCY INFORMATION The Emergency Information Council will resume meetings every second Thursday of the month beginning July 8. TURTLE LAKE Now that the COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted and Turtle Lake Golf Course is fully open, the starters will revert to its original schedule from 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m., seven days a week. However, golfers are free to continue playing until dusk. This will eliminate the confusion over Pacific standard time and daylight saving time and allow duffers to enjoy the course according
