SECURITY DEPARTMENT To increase efficiency, the GRF Board of Directors has a reorganization of the Security Department on Oct. 5 as part of its 2021 operating budget. CITY OF SEAL BEACH In response to the public’s request for extended operating hours, the City of Seal Beach Senior Transportation Services operating hours were extended starting Nov. 16. The new hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m., instead of closing at 2:30 p.m. All other Senior Transportation Services program guidelines remain the same. For more information
