SB Police Report


An elderly male riding a mobility scooter sustained severe injuries after being struck by a motor vehicle on Sept. 29 at about 3:38 p.m., according to a report from the Seal Beach Police. The collision occurred near the intersection of St. Andrews Drive and Church Place. Police blocked St. Andrews Drive for more than an hour to make way for emergency personnel and for an accident investigation.
