ROLLIN' THUNDER The annual Holiday Golf Cart Parade, sponsored by the Rollin’ Thunder Golf Cart Club, with the assistance of the Golden Rain Foundation, will be held on Saturday, Dec. 11. The route, beginning and ending at Clubhouse 6, will cover most of LW’s main thoroughfares and larger residential streets. Parade formation will be at 4 p.m. to add those last– minute seasonal decorations

NIKKEI CLUB The Nikkei Club will hold its holiday celebration at the all-you-can-eat East Buffet located at 12100 E. Carson St., Hawaiian Gardens, on Thursday, Dec. 16, at 11 a.m. Everyone is responsible for paying for their own lunch. The club will collect $15 a person, which includes tax and tip, plus a senior discount. Drinks are extra. Those who have not been contacted yet should RSVP
