Advent is an expectant time, preparing for and celebrating Christ’s nativity and watching for Christ’s return at his second coming, the two advents the Gospel revolves around. Buddha Circle’s meditation drop-in sessions meet via Zoom every Tuesday and Saturday from 10-11:30 a.m. Each session will include guided meditations and instruction on simple meditation techniques that, when practiced regularly, can reduce unnecessary suffering and improve general health and happiness. All experience levels are welcome, and questions are encouraged. The sessions will be led by
