GRF Board ballot-counting meeting is June 3


ELECTIONS New GRF Board members will be announced at the Tuesday, June 3, ballot-counting meeting in Clubhouse 4 at 10 a.m. GRF ballots from all odd-numbered Mutuals and Mutual 14 will be counted at the meeting. The GRF annual meeting will be held one week later, on Tuesday, June 10, at 2 p.m. in Clubhouse 4. For more information on GRF and Mutual elections, see page 5.

Police issue warnings for violating new ‘daylighting’ parking law


PARKING ENFORCEMENT California Assembly Bill 413, otherwise known as the “Daylighting Law,” took effect on Jan. 1, 2025. Recently, motorists who park too close to a crosswalk may have noticed a printed informational flyer or a parking citation warning placed on their windshields. These materials are part of the Seal Beach Police Department's education campaign related to the bill.
