The Tournament Poker Club played on Aug. 7. Don Saunders won the final table, beating Wendy Wu with a pair of 7’s. He has won the final table six times. Leisure World Orchestra is gearing up for a concert in December and needs some new players, especially a drummer and brass players. The orchestra recently welcomed new players Dilara Khalilova (piano), Karen Ward (flute), and Yuri and Luba Lotakov (piano). Other musicians are invited to join them.
