STREET REPAIRS

Starting Monday, April 21, crews will begin paving Seal Beach Boulevard from Westminster Avenue to North Gate Road.

The paving work will be generally conducted from 9 p.m.-6 a.m. on weeknights. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction. Drivers should expect rough surfaces and uneven pavement throughout the project.

Work will continue until Friday, May 9, barring any emergencies or delays due to inclement weather.

The City of Seal Beach has contracted All American Asphalt for the project, which will include the removal and construction of new asphalt concrete pavement, adjustments of manholes and water valves, water pollution control and related work.

For more information on the project, contact associate engineer David Spitz, at 562-431-2527, ext. 1331, or email dspitz@sealbeachca.gov.
