LW Bicycle Group


The LW Bicycle Group meets at the North Gate on Sundays with breakfast, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m.
Studies show that bike riding offers numerous benefits for older adults, such as improved cardiovascular health, enhanced balance and coordination, weight management, increased muscle strength and more. Biking is also a low-impact and fun activity that many can enjoy.
