GRF Board of Directors Ballot Counting is June 3
The 2025 GRF Board of Directors ballot counting meeting is on Tuesday, June 3, at 10 a.m. The annual meeting is on Tuesday, June 10 at 2 p.m. Both meetings will be held in Clubhouse 4, at 1419 Northwood Road, Seal Beach, 90740.
There are nine director seats available for the odd-numbered Mutuals, and one director seat for the Mutual 14 special election. The candidates’ names on the ballots for each respective Mutual are:
• Mutual1: Tim Kearns, Jeffrey Mulqueen
• Mutual 3: Sanford (Sandy) Geffner
• Mutual 5: James Farr
• Mutual 7: Pattricia Vienna
• Mutual 9: Diane Henry, Kathryn Jones
• Mutual11: Edward Jablonski
• Mutual 14: Martha Destra, Namil Shim
• Mutual 15: Paul Corrigan, Philip Friedman, Marla Hamblin
• Mutual 17: Keith Goodner, Robert Simon, Nick Massetti Mail-in secret ballots will be distributed to members at least 30 days before the election.
After the ballot is completed, insert it into envelope “A,” seal it, and insert it into envelope “B,” which is preaddressed to the Inspectors of Election.
In order for the ballot to be counted, members must sign their names on the envelope “B.”
There are three ways to return the mail-in secret ballot: 1. Mail the ballot to: HOA Elections of California, Inc. at 1001 Avenida Pico, Ste. C-496, San Clemente, California 92673 in provided prepaid envelope, which must arrive by noon, Monday, June 2.
2. Deliver the ballot by hand (inside the two envelopes) to the Inspectors of Election, HOA Elections of California, Inc. at 1001 Avenida Pico, Ste. C-496, San Clemente, California 92673. The ballot must be received by the Inspector of Elections at the above address by noon on Monday, June 2. Members can also use the onsite ballot box located in the front of the Golden Rain Foundation Administration Building no later than 9 a.m. on Tuesday, June 3.
3. Deliver the ballot by hand (inside of the two envelopes) to the Inspectors of Election at the Golden Rain Foundation ballot counting meeting on Tuesday, June 3, in Clubhouse 4, at 1419 Northwood Road, Seal Beach, 90740, between 9-10 a.m., before the polls close.
