Adult Day Program for LW Residents
LW residents living with cognitive impairment are welcome to attend the Adult Day Program—Social Connection. This program is sponsored by Alzheimer’s OC and designed to foster socialization and well-being and offer a variety of engaging activities that keep participants stimulated and connected. Managed by compassionate, trustworthy and trained staff, the team provides a safe and nurturing environment for all participants.
