NYT best-selling author will discuss Orange County history

RETIRED TEACHERS ASSOCIATION
The Retired Teachers Association invites residents to embark on a nostalgic journey through Orange County’s rich history as Chris Epting, acclaimed author and storyteller, presents his latest book, “Lost Landmarks of Orange County” on Friday, April 4, at noon in Clubhouse 3, Room 9.
“I aim to document the places that no longer exist—restaurants, racetracks, music venues, drive-in movie theaters, theme parks and more—that have shaped the collective memories of generations,” Epting writes in the book. “It is a tribute to the rich tapestry of experiences that have made Orange County one of the most vibrant and interesting places in the United States.”
To RSVP, call William Quemada at 562-400-0259 by Wednesday, April 2.
