Meals on Wheels of Long Beach, Inc., delivers freshly cooked meals for $11.50 per day Monday-Friday, between 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Deliveries include an 8-ounce carton of 1% milk. Chicken enchilada casserole with red sauce, black beans, zucchini medley, orange, chicken Caesar salad with romaine lettuce, croutons, Caesar dressing and crackers.
Wednesday, April 2
Beef Stroganoff with egg noodles, peas and onions, banana pudding with wafer, ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomato and pickle, and cucumber, red onion and dill salad.
