LW Bicycle Group
The LW Bicycle Group meets at the North Gate on Sundays with breakfast, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m.
Studies show that bike riding offers numerous benefits for older adults. They are improved cardiovscular health, enhanced balance and coordination, weight management, increased muscle strength, stress reduction, independence and mobility, improved mood and more. Biking is also a low-impact and fun activity that many can enjoy.
