Community gardens have many benefits including promoting heathy eating, physical activity, fresh air, sunshine and building social connections. For some, it is stress-relieving and contributes to improved overall health and well-being.
Spring is just around the corner, the perfect season to get hands dirty and start growing fresh vegetables and fruit. There is a wide range of gardening talents among residents. All levels of gardening skills are welcome.
