Meals on Wheels Orange County
Meals on Wheels Orange County in partnership with the city of Seal Beach is back to its original location hosting The Lunch Cafe at the North Seal Beach Center, 3333 St. Cloud Drive, Seal Beach, Monday-Friday, from 11 a.m.-noon. Suggested contribution is $3. Guests under 60 can enjoy lunch for $5. Meals are served on a firstcome, first-served basis and come with 1% milk. LW Minibus service is available for a pick up at 10:25 a.m. at the Amphitheater bus stop on St. Andrews Drive. It returns to the Amphitheater at 11:40 a.m.
Thursday, Dec. 26
Turkey roast with mushroom gravy, capri vegetable blend, rice pilaf, whole wheat dinner roll with Smart Balance and mandarin orange.
Friday, Dec. 27
Chicken strips with lemongrass sauce, oriental vegetable blend, brown rice and tropical fruit mix.
Monday, Dec. 30
Colorful frittata, tater tots, chicken apple sausage, croissant with Smart Balance and yogurt parfait topped with granola or fresh fruit (diet).
Tuesday, Dec. 31
Vegetable lasagna, chicken meatballs, black bean and lentil salad, whole wheat dinner roll with Smart Balance and mandarin orange.
Wednesday, Jan. 1
No service. Closed in observance of New Year.
