Deadline to register for beginners ukulele class is Jan. 3

ALOHA CLUB

The Aloha Club is offering a beginners ukulele class for residents interested in learning how to play the popular instrument.

LW resident and class instructor Larry Yamashiro has years of experience in sharing his passion for the island tradition and Hawaiian culture. To date, he has instructed over 100 LW students.

The class will be held in Clubhouse 1 on Wednesdays from 9-10:30 a.m. from Jan. 15-May 7. Club dues of $25 will be collected on the first day of class. Class size is limited, and registration is required. The deadline to register is Friday, Jan. 3.
