Cribbage Club

The Cribbage Club meets every Tuesday at noon in Clubhouse 1 with refreshments served from noon-12:15. Anyone arriving by 12:15 will be assured a place to play. The yearly dues are $5 and $1 is collected from each player who plays. Prize money is awarded the following week to those finishing in the top four scores. New players are welcome to join in. There will be no meetings Dec. 24 or Dec. 31.

Margaret Smith provided homemade cake and ice cream to celebrate Gene Smith’s—her husband — 92nd birthday. Margaret, along with Carrie Kistner, served the refreshments. Mike Rosu and Melinda Cowan also provided candies and nuts.

The winners for the week include: Dave LaCascia, 846, first place; Suzanne Frank, 840, second; Darlene Meyers, 837, third; Joyce Basch, 836, fourth.

Susan Dodson had a 28 point hand, for which she received a special award of $25.
