assistance in choosing the right piece of equipment and adjusting it to the users specific needs. Volunteers will also provide instruction on proper use of each mobility aid.

The GAF has an after-hours telephone assistance line, 562431-9589 staffed by volunteers to provide information and urgent assistance when needed.

Each year the GAF loans approximately 1,500 pieces of equipment to Leisure World residents.

During the holidays, the mobility aids office will be closed Christmas Day, Wednesday, Dec. 25, and New Years Day, Wednesday. Jan. 1.
