Purchase $10 food box Dec. 19

SB LIONS CLUB

The Seal Beach Lions Club will be in the Clubhouse 6 parking lot on Thursday, Dec. 19, from 10 a.m.-noon, to distribute 12-pound boxes filled with nutritious produce for $10 each. Those interested should bring their GRF ID card and cash. Supplies are limited, so plan to come early.

The Produce Box Program is designed to support good nutrition by offering fresh fruits and vegetables at a discount. Working with Sunterra, a local produce supplier, the Seal Beach Lions Club offers a 12-pound box of seasonal fruits and vegetables for only $10. The program is available to all Leisure World residents regardless of income.
