Each year, the County of Orange receives approximately $4 million in federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for housing and community development projects.

These annual grants can be used to provide decent housing, suitable living environments and expanded economic opportunities for low and moderate-income residents.

In creating the 2025-2029 consolidated plan, the county needs people’s help to identify the priorities for improvements and public services in Seal Beach. Residents are invited to voice their opinion by taking a survey at https://shorturl.at/a8zrc.
