Community Karaoke Community Karaoke

Fast-paced karaoke parties are held each Wednesday night in Clubhouse 1 starting at 5:30 p.m. Over 30 friends and neighbors are anxious to take the mic and sing for new audience members. A friendly group likes to practice a tune or two on Mondays in Clubhouse 6 from 1-3 p.m.

On Nov. 6, Joan Rosenberg sang the happy tune, “I’m into Something Good.” William Young gave a rousing “Pretty Woman.” Michael Berthold kept the beat with “Ain’t That a Shame.”

Essie Hicks did a beautiful “Still Loving You.” The banjo sound had people movin’ with David Noble’s “Jambalaya.”

“Somethin’ Stupid” was a fun song for Walter and Sue Piippo. Flo Lee wowed with “Eternally.” A smiling Nina Todorov sang “Those Were the Days.” The mellow of voice of Richard Yokomi was appreciation singing “Me and You.” All are welcome.
