‘The Fabelmans’ to be screened in CH 4 on Nov. 16

Before the Thanksgiving festivities begin, the GRF Recreation Department invites residents to come watch a family story: “The Fabelmans.”

The movie matinee will be screened Saturday, Nov. 16, at 1 p.m. in Clubhouse 4. People can bring their own snacks and beverages to enjoy the complimentary show. The 2022 movie, rated PG13, is 2 hours and 31 minutes long and directed by Steven Spielberg. It stars Michelle Williams, Gabriel LaBelle and Paul Dano.

Storyline: Growing up in post-World War II era Arizona, young Sammy Fabelman aspires to become a filmmaker as he reaches adolescence, but soon discovers a shattering family secret and explores how the power of films can help him see the truth.
