A smoke alarm was activated in a parking garage; no smoke or fire found.
•Oct. 12, 6:58 a.m., Mutual 4
A fire started on a stove top and completely burned a pan. The fire was extinguished and smoke cleared.
•Oct. 25, 11:20 a.m., Mutual 4
A resident left food in the oven and activated the smoke alarm. The unit did not have fire or smoke damage.

An unknown person removed a resident’s flowers from a planter.

An unknown person removed a resident’s clothing from laundry room area.

An unknown person removed a Thanksgiving flag.
•Oct. 15, 9:51 a.m., Mutual 1
An unknown person removed a resident’s purse that was left in the trash area 30 minutes earlier.

Witnesses observed a resident removing parts from a sewing machine and leaving.

An unknown person removed a wallet from a unit.

A resident stated an unknown person removed his Rolex watch from the night stand in his bedroom while he was playing golf. Security advised resident to contact Seal Beach police for further assistance.
VANDALISM: 4

An unknown person left graffiti on the base of the globe.

A resident found damage to a lock box.
• Oct. 16, 7:40 a.m., Billiard Room
An unknown person damaged pocket protectors on the pool tables.
•Oct. 16, 2:37 p.m., RV Lot
An unknown person caused damage to the door handle of an RV.

Residents were in dispute over dog waste.

A vehicle tapped the bumper of the vehicle ahead.

A vehicle moving in reverse struck a passenger door of another moving vehicle.

A golf cart struck a patio wall.

A golf cart struck a light pole.

An unknown person backed into a parked vehicle and fled the scene.
•Oct. 7, 10:20 a.m., Oakmont Road and St. Andrews Drive A vehicle made a wide turn colliding with another vehicle stopped at a stop sign.

An unknown person drove through lawns in the Mutual with a vehicle.
•Oct. 19, 8:44 a.m., 13000 Blk of Fairfield Lane A resident struck a pole while parking a vehicle.
• Oct. 21, 7:20 a.m., St. Andrews Drive and Golden Rain Road A resident driver struck a pedestrian in a crosswalk. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital.
•Oct. 23, 4:45 p.m., Main Gate
A UPS driver struck cones and a stop sign at the front gate.
•Oct. 25, 8:45 a.m., Mutual 1
A resident struck a parked vehicle while attempting to park.

A resident struck a parked vehicle while attempting to park.

A resident complained of loud running water in the neighboring unit. No noise detected.

Ongoing complaint regarding loud TV. Volume was reduced.

A resident complained of hearing noises. No noise detected.

•Oct. 11, 10:15 a.m., 11:32 a.m., Conference Room B/ Admin Building A resident disrupted a Mutual meeting and was removed. Resident then went to the Administration building and caused a disturbance and was asked to leave.

Ongoing resident dispute regarding late night noise.

A person refused to identify themselves to Security, who called for police assistance. Police then escorted person out of LW.
•Oct. 21, 9:12 p.m., Bus Stop outside of Main Gate A person relieved themselves at bus stop area.
•Oct. 24, 8:37 p.m., Bus Stop outside Main Gate A man causing a disturbance at the bus stop. He then entered bus and left the scene.
• Oct. 26, 11:50 a.m., Decal Office
A resident was abusing GRF staff at decal office.

Residents reported neighbor yelling and in need of assistance.

A resident stated that an unknown person followed him through LW.

Security kept the peace during a family dispute.

Residents were involved in a personal business dispute.

A resident threatened a Mutual president regarding Mutual policy.
