Dr. Raczka will oversee all ortho consults, injections and surgical candidates with some exceptions. All patients must complete conservative treatment such as physical therapy or pain management before considering an orthopedic referral. If necessary, candidates for surgery will be referred to a colleague. Dr. Raczka accepts majority of PPO plans, Optum commercial HMO, CalOplans and many local IPA plans.
